Personality Types

There are two personality types and we all fall into one or the other category, though there can be some overlap. Type A's tend to seek external validation and are therefore more materially oriented and seeking of worldly recognition.  Type B's are more self-aware, and calmly accept the ups and downs of life without pushing.  Though Type A's are the people who tend to 'succeed' in the material world, it is the Type B's who more likely succeed in their personal lives.  If you find your characteristics fall more into the Type A category it is recommended by psychologists and doctors alike that you cultivate more Type B qualities and release some of your hold on the material aspects of life.  The end result is to be happier, and more content.
